The Local System Requirements

The minimum memory requirement for The Local is 8 GB of RAM installed in your computer. If possible, make sure your have 16 GB of RAM in order to run The Local to its full potential. An Intel Core i5-1300F CPU is required at a minimum to run The Local. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-10600KF to play the game. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. Provided that you have at least a modern graphics card you can play the game.

The Local will run on PC system with Windows 10/11 and upwards. Additionally it has a Linux version.
