To play The Looker you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an AMD Ryzen 5 3550H. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-6400 to play the game. The Looker system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 24 GB of RAM in order to run The Looker to its full potential. You will need at least 2 GB of free disk space to install The Looker.
