The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is a modern graphics card. Tiled Tower system requirements state that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM. An Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867 CPU is required at a minimum to run Tiled Tower. You will need at least 200 MB of free disk space to install Tiled Tower.

Tiled Tower will run on PC system with Windows 10 (64 bits) and upwards.
