The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel Media Accelerator 600. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750. Vheda system requirements state that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 4 GB of RAM in your system. To play Vheda you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867.
