An Intel Core i5-4570 CPU is required at a minimum to run VUP-VTuber Maker& Animation& MMD/Live2D facial capture. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-8700 to play the game. VUP-VTuber Maker& Animation& MMD/Live2D facial capture system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 16 GB of RAM in your system. You will need at least 4 GB of free disk space to install VUP-VTuber Maker& Animation& MMD/Live2D facial capture. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
