Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 7200 GS graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an ATI FireGL V7350. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 4 GB of free disk space available. An Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867 CPU is required at a minimum to run West of Loathing. Whereas, an Intel Core 2 Duo E8700 is recommended in order to run it.
