X4: Foundations System Requirements

X4: Foundations system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 16 GB of RAM in order to run X4: Foundations to its full potential. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 35 GB of free disk space available. By contrast, the game developers recommend somewhere around 50 GB of free disk space on your system drive. An Intel Core i5-4590 CPU is required at a minimum to run X4: Foundations. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-6700 to play the game. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an AMD.

X4: Foundations will run on PC system with Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher and upwards. Additionally it has a Linux version.
