Can I run Monster Hunter Rise?

Given that it started as a Nintendo Switch game, the Monster Hunter Rise system requirements understandably don't require a monster gaming PC. Regardless of your system's internals, however, you'll need a DirectX 12 compatible GPU and a 64-bit version of Windows 10.

To prepare your rig for the hunts ahead, you'll need to meet the Monster Hunter Rise minimum system requirements. Packing an Intel Core i3-4310 or AMD FX-6100 processor, partied up with an Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 or AMD Radeon RX 550 graphics card, should be enough. You'll also need to equip yourself with 8GB of RAM and make sure you have 23GB of available space on your storage solution of choice. With this setup, you can expect 30fps at 1080p when using the game's Low preset.

However, if you're looking to make sure your expeditions go as smoothly as possible, you'll want to make sure your computer is up to the Monster Hunter Rise recommended system requirements. Thankfully, they're not that much higher than the minimum, with the CPU requirements going slightly higher to an Intel i5-4460 or an AMD FX-8300. The same goes for the GPU, moving up to an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (3GB) or AMD Radeon RX 570 (4GB). With this setup, you can expect 30fps at 1080p when using the game's Low preset.
