Can I Run Skyrim?
To run the Skyrim system requirements, you will need an AMD Radeon X1950 PRO GPU, an Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 CPU, 2GB of RAM, and 6GB of free HD or SSD space.
The Skyrim system requirements ask for a minimum graphics card equivalent to an AMD Radeon X1950 Pro. However a GPU equivalent to an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 is recommended. An Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 CPU is required at a minimum to run Elder Scrolls 5, whereas an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 or better is recommended. The minimum memory requirement for Skyrim is 2 GB of RAM installed in your computer. If possible, make sure your have 4 GB of RAM in order to run Skyrim to its full potential. The Skyrim PC requirements state that you will need at least 6 GB free storage space.
